Digital Purchases

Digital purchases may be non-refundable once delivery or downloading has begun, where permitted by applicable law and after any legally required customer consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation have been obtained.

Refunds and Support

• You receive a corrupted or incorrect file.

• Your download link does not work.

• You accidentally purchase the same product twice.

• The product does not match its description or stated compatibility requirements.

We will attempt to resolve the issue by providing the correct file, a replacement download link, or technical assistance. If an appropriate remedy cannot be provided, a refund may be issued.
